Ironing Facilities

An iron and ironing board are located inside the wardrobe of your apartment for your convenience.

Washer & Dryer

Each apartment includes a washing machine and clothes dryer. 

Washing Machine Instructions

1. Load clothes into the drum.

2. Add laundry liquid to the top-left compartment.

3. Press On/Off.

4. Use the program selection knob to choose your preferred cycle.

5. Press Start/Pause to begin.

🧴 Laundry Liquid

Complimentary laundry liquid is provided for in-apartment use only. This is located in the bathroom drawer. Please leave it in your apartment upon departure - removal will incur additional charges.

༄ Dryer Instructions

1. Load clothes and close the door firmly.

2. Select the desired programme and time.

3. Press Start/Pause to begin.

👚 Clothes Racks & Hangers

If you require a clothes airer or additional hangers, please contact Reception. Please leave any borrowed items in your apartment for collection upon departure.

🏖️ Beach, Pool & Towels

Heading to Mount Maunganui Beach, Pilot Bay, Mount Hot Pools, or Baywave? Pool and beach towels are available from Reception during opening hours.
After use, you can return them to Reception or leave them in your apartment for Housekeeping to collect.
