Getting started is easy:
1️⃣ Provide us with your email address.
2️⃣ Download the Quest App and sign up using the same details as your reservation (name, email, and phone number).
3️⃣ Once confirmed as an incoming guest:
Open the Quest App and check in.
Go to Mobile Room Key → Request Mobile Key.
Hold your phone to the swipe hub on the building or apartment door until a green tick confirms it’s unlocked.
An onsite Duty Manager is available at all times. If you encounter any issues (e.g., can’t find your reservation, can’t download the app, lost your key card, or can’t access your Quest App key, use of EV charger cord):
Press the Bell Icon 🔔 on the intercom beside the entrance. Our After-Hours team will assist you right away.
When required the onsite Duty Manager will assist.
If you’re checking in manually after hours and prefer a key card:
Press the Bell Icon 🔔 on the intercom beside the entrance. Our After-Hours team will assist you right away.
You will be let in to access the lockbox which is located to the left of the entrance, before the elevator.
It unlocks 30 seconds after the door opens. Please wait for sliding door to close.
Open the lockbox gently to retrieve your named envelope containing your key card, which provides access to the front door, carpark, and your apartment.
If you have pre-booked parking, your carpark permit will be in your afterhours lock box envelope.
Please park in the allocated carpark number advised prior to your arrival.
If you have not pre-booked, our After-Hours service operator will direct you to an available space (subject to availability).
Free public parking is also available on Rata Street for guests without reserved spaces.
If the After-Hours service operator has confirmed a carpark for you please let reception when you check out for any charges.
