APARTMENT SERVICE

Our friendly housekeeping team services apartments between 12.00pm (noon) and 4.00pm, Monday to Sunday.
Please note: there is no service on Public Holidays. 

• If you require amenities or extra linen, please dial 0 for Reception or visit during opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 7.00am – 7.00pm

  • Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 9.30am – 4.30pm

• If your Do Not Disturb sign is displayed, we will respect your privacy and not enter your apartment.

• If you have a preferred service time or special request, please contact Reception.

• For your convenience, Reception also holds a supply of amenities, towels, and linen.

Please note: our team will not move personal belongings, which may limit the service provided. A reasonable standard of cleanliness is expected, and apartments requiring excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge.
