🏠 Building Access

Please carry your Access Card or mobile with Quest App key at all times for building and apartment entry. When leaving your apartment take your key card with you, or download the Quest App for your mobile key. When departing, return your card to Reception or use the Key Return Box at reception if leaving outside office hours. If you are locked out and do not have the Quest App call us for assistance and our onsite Duty Manager will assist.

Features: Each of our modern, self-contained apartments is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring:

• Comfortable King or Split King beds

• Reverse-cycle air ventilation

• Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities

• LCD TV with 700+ movies and streaming capability

• Private balcony (executive apartments with private balcony)

• Insert the access card hanging in your apartment into the wall slot beside your door to activate.

🏢 Property Guidelines

• No Party Policy: Strictly enforced. Noise or disturbance may incur additional cleaning or damage fees (up to $300). We appreciate your consideration for other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00pm.

• Non-Smoking & Non-Vaping: We are a smoke-free building. Please use outdoor areas.
